i called them up one more time and they say we got an account with them but theres nothink hook up on the account.

I had a similar issue when I first signed up with them a long, long time ago.

They seem to have an inherent system issue whereby if a number has (at any time in it's life) been used either on account with them or in an enquiry-based entry, they don't seem to be able to get past it.

I ended up ranting and raving and got put through to a manager of some sort who purged my details and started all over again...that seemed to work, but it WAS a long time ago.

We will get the call today the laddy on phone says. But theres no reference number how poor is that.
