I changed my account almost 3 weeks ago only to remove:

Data 200 plan and text 600 from my Mobile account

Then get a bill this month saying I have to pay for the data plan and the text 600...but for a month in advance?

So I've got an extra high bill.  Went on the online help and requested a response, over a week and a bit later.  No response.

What should I do?  Not pay my bill?  Not the first time the billing has been screwed up, it was screwed up last month, they discounted part of it, but said I had to pay it in full and that the discount would come off this month.

Also today I logged back into my account online and Data was reticked(text was unticked, yet I'm still charged for it) and I've changed it again to unticked.

What do I do?  Rang the 0800 89 2000 number and no one picked up...and no message to even say I'm calling Slingshot.

Wicked :)

Just owe 0.58c now, billing error and removed Data + text plans since the website doesn't do it....bear that in mind, anyone wanting to change plans, must call, the website while it looks like it does it. Doesn't change anything

Need help to pay your bill bro?

I can lend you the money, you just need to pay 8%* interest and 52 payments through out the year.

*Per Day

Seriously, I think they should give you a gift voucher if you spend more than 10 minutes waiting on the phone for the csr's.
