Are you sure you are posting in the right forum, as this isn't the slingshot forum.

Ring them again explaining what you've done. They're generally pretty good on the phone at iServe.

Seriously though - why would you think you'd have better success at getting you're problem resolved in the Geekzone forums than by following up with a phone call to iServe themselves?!

I Tryed with a follow up and they say that they will have to call me back. But then it's going to cost me 6c per hour.

bcourtney asks, " why would you think you'd have better success at getting you're problem resolved in the Geekzone forums than by following up with a phone call to iServe themselves"

There are two reasons people do this - one is that often they get an answer once something is posted on the forum - the company involved likes to look proactive. If people got responses from the company concerned, they wouldn't bother with the post.

Secondly, it lets the rest of the community know and so finds out if it is a common problem or a one off problem.

I hope cws82us has had a resolution.

Did take a while and a few follow up calls to Iserve to get my account closed with them a few years ago but they did get it done in the end and no stuffed up payments thankfully.
