I tryed and call orcon at 8 and it saying sorry my call did not go thow  very odd anyone having the same problems?

Maybe they just have so many callers they cant put any more on hold? Usually I'm on hold for about 5 minutes before I speak to anyone

Did you think of checking the Network Status page.
