I just popped my shiney new pay monthly sim into my phone and called 200 and set it up with a pin etc. All went fine. I then went onto 2degrees.co.nz/paymonthly to set it up and got the usual message saying that a code would be sent to my phone.... But nothing. So I used my other phone to txt it and nothing came through.
I rung 2degrees customer support (of whom were really friendly and helpful) but were unable to solve the issue. They done all the usual checks and came to the conclusion that they would have to get a tech to call me tomorrow.
I borrowed someones pre-paid 2D sim and messages came through instantly and calls worked fine. (Calls on my pay monthly work fine).
What could be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would love to get my pay monthly up and running ASAP.
