Finally i found a way to fix this problem, check the following blog, it worked for me. Hopefully it will work for everyone who getting this error.

Perhaps someone can be of assistance I keep getting the "HTTP ERROR 500" while attempting to connect to a tracker I have tested on multiple trackers.

I am getting "http error 500" sometimes as well. Don't know why. It comes back to normal if you update trackers. But it is better than connection closed by peer.
