As such, it's been replaced with the "better home bundle" plans.

You still can, they're not branded Next Big Thing anymore, they're called Better Home Bundles. :)

In that I mean that they are Phone + BB packs., they are not exactly the same as the Next Big Thing.

NBT3 came with a credit for iTalk, you're right. Since this was withdrawn back in September the only product which offers it is n-DSL (AKA 'Just Broadband'), but of course if you want to keep your 'traditional' homeline it's probably not the plan for you.

'Watch this space' though for iTalk & n-DSL - both due for a refresh (focus has been on AYCE and improved gig capped plans).

BTW iTalk after GST increase for new customers is $11 per month not $10.

Bigger caps please! Something like you did with the 25gb plan splitting it into 20 & 40gb plans would be great

Exactly, I need my 40GB plan back again but I had temporarily switched to 25GB before they discontinued it, and now they refuse to do 40GB NBT anymore so I'm stuck on 25GB NBT.

Why can't I go back to 40GB?? I'm just about sick of the hopeless peak time performance anyway.

Time to find a new industry!

There is a 40 gig plan you can switch to now, but it doesn't contain things the NBT contained.
