Hi,

To me there is no obvious method of viewing what packs you already have applied.
When I log into the Self care portal I can't seem to find anywhere that says "10gb pack applied' or '10txt' applied etc..

I reckon this would be useful.

Another thing that would be quite cool is if you could 'reserve' credit for premium sms services.

Eg, I use txt alerts for my ASB... Id rather run out of credit than lose the ability to receive these...

Hi, you should see your value pack balances on the first page of Your 2degrees.
It should show balance and expiry date. Are you not seeing these balances?

PM me with your 2D number and I'll check.

I see the balances, there is no fault.

I was just expecting to see the actual purchased packs listed. ie. 10GB, 10TXT etc...ie "Current packs applied"
