Just on m first full month on the monthy 2D plan. So that I understand is 120 minutes of anytime minutes and 100 minutes of bonus.

But when I do a check on my balance I get Bonus Minutes 92 NZ mins 87. I thought that all minutes came from the plan minutes first (since they can be carried over) and then the rest from the bonus.  If that is the case I would have thought I would have 100 minutes bonus left still since I haven't gotten close to using up the plan minutes,,, yet.

BTW I am loving not having to worry about whom I call and if they are on the same network as meCool

Firstly, the plan minutes are used. When those are exhausted, you begin using up bonus minutes.

Also, while the plan minutes are provided monthly on your bill date, the bonus minutes are provided every 30 days starting from the day you switch to pay monthly. But between switching and your bill day, you get a prorated amount of plan minutes -- most likely you used those up and then used some bonus minutes before billing day replenished your plan minutes.

Thanks. That must make life fun for the billing system, trying to manage two different accounting periods for a customer. And then there's the data which could be a third period!
