Hi,

Im looking at buying a phone overseas and I would like to know what GSM I should be looking for so it will work with 2degrees/vodafone.
Also if a phone says it works on GSM 1900, 1800, 850, 900 but the retailer says it does not work with 3G what does this mean? Will it still work in NZ?

Thanks!

It will work on Vodafone or 2degrees but you'll get no 3G.

Hi, make sure it's not locked.  A lot of overseas providers lock their phones onto their network.
