Just would like to ask if anyone here been ordered a micro simcard from 2degrees and how long did it take you to receive the sim?I ordered it on 10/10/2010 for my iPhone 4 and called the helpdesk recently who advised me the simcard has been picked up to post to me on 11/10/2010 so today is 18/10/2010 I still have not received it yet.
Once again,Thank you very much for your excellent customer care.Will expect to receive another one soon,also got a call from the courier to apologize for the missing item,Feel very happy with 2Degrees even got a bit delay on receiving the micro sim.And I can tell you that all my family and my friends are all using 2degrees now:)
