Anyone experiencing an outage in the Auckland region I haven't had a connection for the last hour. Have tried all possible options at my end.

We are currently experiencing a no Authentication Broadband fault for all our Wholesale Broadband customer. This will affect all Orcon@Home customers and will result in no Broadband connection.
Our technicians are aware of the fault and are looking to resolve this as soon as possible.

I have just connected.

There appears to be an outage affecting a number of wholesale customers across the country on all ISP's.

Telecom was working perfectly as I just had to go to my neighbours to borrow their broadband so I could bid for something on TradeMe. I've officially had enough of Orcon, and will be phoning Telecom tomorrow to change ISPs.

Last night 13 disconnects approx, bad speeds all day. After midnight until maybe 8am or so the speeds are fine on torrents. Had so many time outs, international turned to rubbish, all tonight games just dropping out and lagging out.

This is bs, 22mb down to exchange and getting 1.5mb to LA etc.

The funniest thing is, like my other thread they said 73 disconnects, so in 6 weeks I have over easily 100 disconnects, anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes at a time, with constant bad international speeds. They sent a Chorus technician out "That found nothing wrong at the exchange" and now they are saying unfortunately due to that you have to pay the call out fee for the technician for $235.00c."

This is not going to happen, not going to pay a red cent and with the current deletion of Email, I am going to take this to TVNZ how bad their service is, the few others I have meet so far and we can take a join case to Campbell live about how this server is not what they say "unbundled exchange" etc etc.

If anyone else is up for the cause, then post up here or send a personal message. Enough is enough.
