I emailed them yesterday, yet 1pm today still no reply. They used to be so good, with replies within a few hours duing business hours, but since they have merged their site and support with orcon, they either take days to reply or don't reply at all from my previous attempts. Last time they blamed the support problems on the Christchurch earthquake, even though they are based in Wellington. Anyone else having similar issues with getting support.

What happened to their products is my question.

I really liked their cloud computing platform, but with regularly outages, and flaky support, we dropped them after six months.  I even pulled the blog post I did about them as now their service is sub-par.

We never hit 99.9% up time.  I believe our worst month was 90%.  That is appalling for a web hosting company such as ours.

It definitely isn't good. I still a haven't had a reply from them, and that is after a full business day, and this is supposedly a business quality service.

Still no reply after over a week and a follow up email. Anyone else who still uses them having trouble logging into their death 2 spam service ? It won't let me login, and if you go to the page it comes up with a security certificate warning https://d2s.iserve.net.nz:8443/
