This month 2degrees have stuffed up for my benefit.

I used my included 120 minutes within a week. Then I received my 100 minutes on the 15th, then they gave us another 100 minutes for some reason it was to do with the new plans.... Buuuut I now have another 100 bonus minutes.

So basically for $39 I have received 420 minutes of calling, I have another 256 to use in the next week :)

Yes, I know what this will be, and it's a one-off adjustment as we align everyone's bonus minutes to their billing day. Don't expect it every month. :-)

Lol I know... TBH I get the feeling that the bonus minutes deal will be here to stay. They just need to promote it better. Was interesting to see the pamphlet in the paper today with comparisons. It didn't make them look that much better, but when you put the 100 bonus minutes in the deal 2degrees wins by far!

... They should promote the 100 free minutes better!

i'm in the opposite situation, my 100 min bonus was not in my account for last two months. and it's been 3 week time for solving it. keep charging me wrong and telling me the wrong info by auto txt. Terrible system, and poor customer service by the way.

If it were a mistake, why draw attention to it?  Seems weird.  Would you complain if they took them back off you?  Better to keep quiet and enjoy it, I'd have thought, but congrats anyway.

Probably the fact that drawing attention to some flaws makes it easier for these to be "fixed".

Whats the problem here?! I made a thread about an additional 200 minutes they gave me. Personally I wouldnt mind if they took it back. Im only supposed to get 100 minutes bonus not 300. It's like going on about VOIP over 3g which no operator likes... People still talk about it!

That's the problem here.  It's not a problem, per se, but if the purpose of your post was to alert 2degrees to the issue so they could fix it, then mission achieved.  If it was to tell everyone how lucky you were that they made an error that went in your favour, then I'd call it a fail.  If you'd kept quiet you'd still have those 100 minutes.

Good on you for being honest about it, though.
