Hi,

You are able to send through to the makers of Consume your usage data from the failed sessions.

Check out the below website and they may be able to patch the app/make a recipe to get around this.

it successfully signed in, but could seem to get the data from the html, so parser didnt want to work for some reason.

on a side note, i just signed up to the monthly plan today, barely used my phone and here is my current usage

Your spend since last bill 0.00 $NZ
NZ minutes(13.53 mins will expire on 26 November 2010) 13.53 mins
Bonus minutes(22.56 mins will expire on 26 November 2010) 22.56 mins
Texts(206 msgs will expire on 26 November 2010) 206 msgs
National Data(10.95 MB will expire on 26 November 2010) 10.95 MB

why do i only have 10.95 mb of data, 13.53 mins etc, and why do they expire on the 26th? i signed up today so my bills would be close to the 15th (i get paid monthly on the 15th)

Looks like your bill date is the 26th. Presumably your allocations have been pro-rated to cover you until then.
