Hi there.
I have a nokia n97 mini.

I cannot get gps working.
GPS satellite status indicators come up and 3 or more can be full, a few empty, but it cannot lock down a signal.

I have the 2degrees internet settings on correctly, as sent by 2degrees from the stk.

maybe the gps settings are wrong?

In:
Applications>Location>Positioning>Positioning methods

Assisted GPS is ticked
Integrated GPS is ticked
Network based is ticked

In:
..Positioning>Positioning Server

Positioning server use is set on automatic
Access point is 2degrees Internet
Server address is supl.nokia.com

Is that the right positioning server settings?

Am I missing something else somewhere else?

Thanks.
Wade.

Hi Wade,
I tried to replicate this but I don't have this particular Nokia model. However a quick search of the Nokia forums indicates

"Re: N97 Mini will not get a GPS signal with OVI Maps

I did NOT have the AGPS on.  It appears that the program has some problems with finding the satellites for the first time with AGPS off."

It all should just work - anyway give this a go
