Hi all,

My mother in law is going to be getting connected with slingshot broadband. Does anyone know which wireless modem they are offering for $30 on 24 month plan? It looks like a netcomm one, but doesnt give any more details. Is this modem any good?

Was thinking of doing a deal with here as she will probably get a wired modem but I am wanting a wireless N to replace my telecom thomson TG585v7 with only wireless G.

I am not sure what sort of router that sling shot provide but I have herd nothing but BAD things about slingshot on geekzone which is a creatable source in my opinion. I wouldn't go with sling shot

Thanks - I think the decision has already been made and toll calls are with slingshot so hopefully given she isnt a power user she wont have to many problems with them.
