I'm the same. I need a GST receipt for an expense claim. Is it possible to get one off the site?

Wouldn't you use your credit card statement? From an ird perspective there should be no issues.

Same position as you guys, however I found this on their website:

GST receipts for credit card top ups of $50 or more can be requested by calling our care team on 200 (from your 2degrees mobile) or 0800 022 022.

If requested, are they not legally bound to provide a receipt? Besides, surely some sort of self-service portal should be available to download the receipt?

Sadly for an expense claim I need a GST receipt. Providing my credit card statement isn't sufficient.

We currently don't have that facility through our online portal at this time. But if you do need the receipts feel free to give us a call and we can organise to have them manually emailed out to you.
