Can not log onto website for any accounts

0800 number Answer phone says they have left building.

Been like this for over two hours.

Twitter says "Our call centre phones are down at present. We are working on the issue and will advise when they are up. Sorry for the inconvenience. "

They are having some internal system issues going by whats being thrown around Twitter.

Thanks ssnet.

I was just putting up something on Geekzone about an outage of customer service that Orcon was having so others who go to to Geekzone to see what was happening.

I personally find it quite useful when others do the same. As you say no question was asked!!

Geekzone is a valuable resource and i would hope that comments made are always considered so as to not put users off trying to assist others!

I have been a satisfied Orcon ADSL customer for many years and this was the first time i have ever found their phone and website (client area) down at the same time and not just for 10 mins.

Things happen and if others can help then i say good.
