I got a Nokia C1-00 (Dual Sim) from 2degrees a couple weeks ago, and a funny thing seems to be happening, it turns itself off and on for no reason at certain points. It seems to happen randomly, and I only notice it when it restarts itself because of the Nokia welcome screen.
What should I do here? Give 2degrees a call and try and sort it out that way?

Pop into any 2Degrees with your proof of purchase and get them to send it away for assessment.

If you live in Auckland or Christchurch feel free to do the same directly at one of our Nokia Care centres.

Hi,

As johnr says, return it to where you bought it asap with proof of purchase.

Drop me a PM including your 2d number and I'll log it against your number in our CRM.

Cheers
