I brought a Nokia C3-01 touch and type phone from the warehouse Stationary before christmas and cant manage to send picture messeges!! I have done all i can with changing settings,gone back to the warehouse stationary and also phoned 2 degrees. A very nice lady at 2 degrees suggested that it was the picture size but changedthat and still nothing!! Driving me crazy please help!!

The phone would resize the picture down to under 300k so no way its that

Does SIM work in another handset to send MMS? The issue might not be with the settings on the phone.

Hi

Was able to send pxt texts in old phone which was sony ericcson. I just literally brought the phone off a 2 degrees stand put my sim and cant send pxt text!! Have tried everything!! Even went to 2degrees website and had settings sent to my phone.???

Hi there,

The MMS settings should be hard coded into this phone and shouldn't really require a manual setup. Feel free to private message me your 2degrees phone number and I will have this looked into.
