I heard about this a couple of weeks ago but here it is in the media:

So basically Orcon will be launching their own version of Telecom Wholesale's HSNS service. I think this is a really good idea and shows that after LLU being active for so many years now that finally some innovation is coming out.
From what I heard from the person @ Orcon I was talking to pricing was something like $400/month for a 10mbps symmetric connection which is much cheaper than fiber or Telecom Wholesale HSNS (like half the price).
