Hey. So i got a vodafone 845 running on two degrees, i rang them up and they set up th proper internet APN settings for me.

The net works great but now every time i recieve a phone call an error message "com.android.phone" appears which makes me have to force close it cutting off the phone call. Clearly this is frustrating.

Am currently waiting for 2 degrees tech help to ring me back (could be upto four days) ...

If anyone can help let me  know please!

-thanks tom

Hi there Tom

Cory from Customer Support has just told me he spoke to you on this and advised as it is a phone software issue and that a factory restart would need to be done to resolve.
Unfortunately it will remove any saved information on the phone. Contacts, apps, etc.
