Hey guys,
As of late i've been having a horrible youtube experience to the point where all videos are unwatchable.
It happens at anytime of the day.

I go to youtube > search a video > click on the link > video loads about 1 quarter (looking at the red bar) , then the red bar suddenly goes ZAP to the finish line so one would think its FULLY buffered. .... > so i play it, and ............It got stuck right where the Zap started.

I tried several browsers, i tried resetting my modem for a few minutes. SAME ISSUE.

Can anyone help me ??

Yep, that's been happening to me for several months now.  Intermittently, various times of the day and it doesn't matter which browser.

Only happens with Slingshot - if I switch at that same moment to a 3G connection then the vid will load fine.

This subject is getting old, there are so many topics now on SS performance issues, especially with streaming media. Join the queue of the disappointed buddy, and take a number ;)

Support a locally made Linux based Operating System, try Linux Lite.

The only way I have been able to get the rest to load when that happens is to change the resolution and then change it back so it restarts the download from that point.

Its crazy that this crap is still happening.

In the past I've found issues like this being to do with a browser's cache- not saying it is but have you tried emptying it or expanding it's space (or checking you have free space)?

Its too consisitant with time of day to be browser cache related. Peak times and it does it, I was trying to watch the most recent hak 5 video and it did it 6 times - sometimes coming from the cache, sometimes coming from the google url.
