I was sure it only used to be $99? Now it says $150.

If so if I was to disconnect from them would what would i be charged?

you should be charged what it was when you entered into a contract with Snap , if it was $99 thats what you should pay if you leave, im pretty sure if you asked Snap they would tell you the same thing.

Common sense is not as common as you think.

I do not really want to contact them because of the environmental situation where they are.
I was looking at signing up one of our lines with another isp, hence why I asked on a forum.
The question still remains did they up it recently, because I can not remember what it was when I signed up.

When I disconnected my connection with them about a year ago it was definitely $99.

I think OP/Stan's point was, as they are in Christchurch, they are likely rushed off their feet, tending to local issues.

As for disconnection fees, like others have said, it should go off the fee & term length that was in place when you signed up for services.  Just double check before final disconnection.
