I've easily spent 6 hours on hold with Slingshot in the last week trying to get the broadband password reset.

They do not call back, and I've given up after ~45 mins on hold for each call (thank God for speaker phones!)

However good their rates seem, DO NOT sign up with these people - you will not get through to customer service or technical support.

Today I've been on eternal  hold since 8:30 am.  It's 9:44 now.  I will leave it going for a bit, see how ridiculous this gets.

Woot - a rep just picked up!  It's difficult not to vent frustration on these folks, even though it's not their fault.

If for whatever reason you're stuck with Slingshot, tip from the rep: CALL FROM A MOBILE.

With the much higher per-minute rates they get handled a lot faster.

FWIW the rep was courteous and got me sorted out quickly, but my advice stands - I would not deal with this company given a choice.
