I've easily spent 6 hours on hold with Slingshot in the last week trying to get the broadband password reset.
They do not call back, and I've given up after ~45 mins on hold for each call (thank God for speaker phones!)
However good their rates seem, DO NOT sign up with these people - you will not get through to customer service or technical support.
Today I've been on eternal hold since 8:30 am. It's 9:44 now. I will leave it going for a bit, see how ridiculous this gets.
