Bah! I uncapped my internet with the excellent $5 deal that Snap offers... However, I scheduled uTorrent to start at 1 and finish at 7, and yet around 1.5GB of the data I used still appeared on my cap. This is a bit of a problem as it is very near the end of my billing month and I have almost no data left. Why is there a delay with putting on the cap? I don't really want to stay awake until 1.10am in the morning to start my downloads and then wake up at 6.50 to stop them. Something tells me this is a good way to get users to use up their data caps in offpeak periods to ensure there is less bandwidth being used during peak congestion?
I don't really want to complain to them due to the earthquake and how busy they must be and all, but can someone enlighten me as to whether there is a legitimate reason for the delay in uncapping? >:[
