1. On the orcon website it says my plan is 30 gig a month but ive just noticed that on my bill it says 25 gig and im being charged for going over 25 when shouldn’t it be 30 gig?

Platinum+ - Next generation Broadband with 30GB of data (data upgrades available), a homeline rental with unlimited calling around NZ and to a country of your choice

2. last month i went 25 gig over my limit and im being charged at $1.77 per gig over yet on the website it says (Additional 25GB for $27/month) whereas im being charged nearly $45 for the extra gigs downloaded?

can anyone clear this up?

Yes, you are being overcharged.

I reckon Orcon should be able to give you a credit for the overcharged amount.

Sounds like your plan wasnt adjusted when they made some changes to the accounts a few months ago - give their accounts team a call, they should be able to sort it out.
