Hello,

Hopefully someone will be able to help me with this.

I have received 3 text messages this morning all saying

"Sorry, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later."

I haven't used my phone this morning so I have no idea why this is happening. I think it may have something to do with the fact 2degrees may be testing the new towers in Hamilton (Where I live).

Any help appreciated

I've got about 6 so far this morning.  Not sure what is up with it.  I'm in Auckland so I don't think any of the Hamilton towers will affect me this far north.

At least I'm not the only one. Does anyone have some ideas as to why we're getting these txts?

I received one as a popup - the kind that comes up as a response to a USSD code like *100*1# - after sending an SMS... I'm in Levin, which has no 2degrees towers AFAIK.

I just tried checking my balance, the response was "Try Again.."

Hi guys, it's being looked at. Sorry for the inconvenience.

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

I'm in Howick, Auckland, Can't send or receive any texts or call another 2degrees number, but calling landlines and Vodafone numbers are working fine.
