Ok I am here to praise Slingshot...not only do I get incredible download speeds but after having a technical issue to which they did move on and fix from their end, after contacting them and thanking them for resolving the issue they gave me a $50.00 credit on my account for the positive feed back..now what telco does that anymore.
My download speeds are anything up to 1.7mb a sec and thats flying,I was on the "All You Can Eat" plan for a while as I wanted to see just how much slower it was and yes they did move P2P sharing to the bottomof the barrell but understandable considering they are offering a no capped plan for $80.00 a month,I have since moved back to their 40gb foir $55.00 a month and I believe it is the best price for that amount of data with any company, the prices you pay for ony 10gb with most is outragous.
I consider that after the devastion here in Christchurch and I live in the eastern area which was very badly affected that whatever work needed to be fixed and the network brought back up to normal they have done a fine job.
