Hi,

My Vodafone contract is up in 3 weeks and I'm keen on going moving across across. However a family member is in sweden on tele2 comviq and I'd like to know if people had experience with texts, to and from comviq or any other swedish network back to NZ on a 2 degrees number

Thanks

Hi My only experience is with a Network in Finland which was texts worked but MMS Didn't. All I can say is having read feedback here Unless the network is included in the list of Internationally support operators on their website I would want to test texting both ways before committing.

I'm pretty sure Tele2 worked, but again it is best to test. A 2degrees SIM will just cost you $5 from your local dairy.

Any posts are personal comments and not that of my employer

Texts work best internationally if you are not using a ported number.

Which network is that?  2 Degrees told me they have no agreements with any Finnish networks at the moment

Speaking From Memory They were with Elisa It was a while ago so would need to check. Interesting I was checking the updated international roaming 2 degrees webpage and the list Elisa and DNA as roaming partners in Finland. I would have assumed that if you can roam on a network that texting to that network should work.

We have a 2degrees SIM with a VF ported number to test on if you want to PM the number to us so we can check this out for you.
