Anyone having any problems with an Orcon SIP service?
I cannot call any of our ported numbers, normal Orcon numbers (09550xxxx) work fine...?

What error's are you getting? Calling from PSTN to it or from another SIP provider?

Most problems are the result of previous solutions...

What's your username? We can have a look. Certainly no reported issues.

calling one of my clients main number, gets a "The number you called is not in service. Please hangup and try again"

This from PSTN, or mobile.

I have a case open sxb676609 - apparently this number got dropped from the trunk...???

Anyway, it is back working since support added it, but I am still having issues with outbound calls being "forbidden" by the Orcon Proxy...

Matteu (sp?) is helping me, quite a helpful young man, so that is pleasing.. Still not happy with how something like that could have happened though...

That will be Matiu - you are in good hands. But, do sing out if you need further help.
