Hello :)

Was told to join up to ask you lot for help. Been having all sorts of trouble switching my phone over to 2 degrees.

Finally after a few issues today, all is going, but I can't get the internet to work!

Have tried to send the settings to my phone but still not working.

Can anyone help me?

And just FYI, if anyone you know has one of these phones, 2 degrees prepaid sims work fine, but pay monthly (contract) sims don't, I had to have a few settings changed and get a 'sim swap' card just to make it work.

Thanks in advance :)

Have you looked for the APN settings on the handset?

Yes, just deleted everything that was there and done this, then restarted and the above post is the settings it has installed, but comes up with the

'browser cannot load this page because there is no interenet connection" error

These settings are wrong. To get internet going, just delete all APNs, and create one new one:

Name : 2degrees Internet
APN : internet
Proxy :
Port :
MCC : 530
MNC : 24
Authentication type :
APN type : default

Everything else should be blank. Once that works you can move on to mms.
