Is anybody else experiencing forever slow and non existent internet connection from Orcon and also no phone connection?

It makes it hard to run an online business with no internet and nobody returning my queries to the company for explanations as to why this is constantly happening.

Very frustrating.

No, it's actually not a business account. I am waiting on them to get back to my query to upgrade to a business account.
They do know because I have told them many times about this problem and the urgency to have my internet because I have a business online.
I have been sent a new router and am still waiting to hear from them or a technician contracted by them to check my lines.
The last technician was sent out by them August last year but the didn't find a solution to my problem.

Is there an better ISP with no fixed term contract for business and landline rental package?

If its a line fault, switching ISPs is not going to help. They all go through the same process...

XPD I do understand that it may be above Orcon's control but there are ways of dealing with these matters and I do not believe procrastinating is one of them.I just want it fixed and m internet back up and running properly. New modem has appeared to increase my internet speed however.
