Does it make any difference if I use the +6422 etc number for voicemail over the 202 number? ie am I charged more for the+6422 number?

I put that number into my Nokia phone as the voicemail quick dial and can't work out how to change it. Tips on how to do that would be welcome too :)

Either is fine.

The +64 means you can ring vmail whilst overseas (where you will of course be charged more)

Yeah I know that's what +64 is for, I just wondered if the 022123456 (whatever) vs 202 made a difference in how it was charged or something.
