When 2degrees first launched, I remembered the range of numbers you could pick from was very limited.  Has this changed of recent?

I'm after a 022 88x xxxx number.

It's changed, there are more numbers available, but, 0228 does not seem to be available yet (I'd like an 0228 number that matches my landline number for my wife).

From their change number page

"You can pick from numbers starting with 022 0, 022 1, 022 2, 022 3, 022 4, 022 5 and 022 6."

Can't find my 2Degrees prepay SIM, and was going to shoot down to the gas station to buy one if the range I want was available
