hi guys we signed up two accounts on pay monthly on the 22th of may at the 2degrees store at Westfield in Christchurch. The sales rep said that we would get 2 lots of 100 flybuy bonus points because we signed up two accounts and that we would get points on top of the 200 bonus flybuy points for purchasing a phone. But our flybuy statment only shows one set of points 100 points. Anybody had this happen to them?

ok i used my flybuys card and my wife used hers but they link to the same account so does that mean we dont qualify for the other 100 bonus points? also what about the flybuys points for the phone we purchased?

If the points aren't showing on your current statement it'll be the next statement period as the promo ended on 31 May and Fly Buys had already completed their points summary statement processing.
