I was a Pay Monthly customer and recently ported across to VF leaving a credit of around $60 on the account. All i want to do is either have the money credited back to me or put against my wife's 2D account.

To ring you guys seems to take 20+ minutes, in whcih we have been told yes it is all sorted payment will be made in the next couple of days, to being hung up on, to today my wife following it through to be told no 2D are awaiting my approval to credit my bank account????

Initially switching over to 2D was a most pleasant experience, customer service was a 5 minute exercise with quality representatives and any issue/questions reolved fast and efficiently but this time around it has been absolutely impossible and painful, tbh if i didn't know better i would think i was dealign with a seperate company.

Now if i had left owing you money I guarantee I would be getting called daily for payment yet on the reverse it seems impossible to resolve a silly amount of $60???

I note that despite the website indicating that "My 2 Degrees" would be functional for a limited period my access was cut within 2 days, last phonecall to your team told me my account was deleted off the system

I am left feeling that it is not only the 2D price structure thats is cheap....

Hi Wade

Please can you PM your details, including 2D numbers, DOB and address for authentication. I know we have had dealings in the past buty I need this info for verification.

What was the credit for? An advanced or overpayment, refund or credit applied by us?

I'll look into the issues you've raised once you give me the info.

Cheers
^POB
