I switched from Vodafone to 2degrees in August last year so have been with them for 11 months, and thankfully this is my first problem.

Around the 15th May I subscribed to the $19 prepaid combo (voice, text, data) and its been going sweet since. On the 9th of July I got a text message from 2degrees letting me know that the plan will renew on the month anniversary rather than 30 days.

This was set to be the 14th of July.
This morning I got a message saying my data pack was low, which was a surprise considering I should have either been signed on to a new data pack for a day, or was just about to be changed over.

Logged into Your 2Degrees - I still had plenty of credit left, but no texts, data or minutes left. So figuring that the combo hadn't renewed I went to add it to my plan - however it told me I already had the plan and it would renew on the 19th ... fine, but what happened to my texts, data and minutes from last months plans.

5 minutes on the phone with a customer service agent and it was sorted.
There was some issue, and they needed to cancel my renewal and then re-add.

So, thanks to whoever I spoke to this morning for the quick sort.

Thanks for the feedback. There was an issue with the $19 Combo that's now been resolved. Please can you PM your number so I can pass the good news onto the Customer Care Agent you spoke with.

Cheers

I must say I have dealt with 2 degrees customer support a couple times so far (had an import phone that wasn't playing nice) and everytime the service has been exceptional. By far the best service I have had from any phone provider yet, infact it might be the best service I have had from any company. I have got some of my family to switch over to and they all have simular stories, it really does make the difference. Keep up the good work!!
