So went to login to your 2degress now and i click forgot password and it says my number doesn't exist???? but can call and txt find i want to login to transfer my vodafone number please help me and don't tell me to ring customer service as I don't have much time for that.

Geekzone is not 2Degrees. Therefore noone here can help directly in a timely fashion. There are a couple of really helpful 2D staff here, but they dont work 24/7 (do they ? :)) and cant always fix things "online".

Simply put, ring the helpdesk. They are real people and are extremely helpful.

IME with 2degrees you could have called, spoken to and resolved this in the time taken to post this on here.
