Hi
I have just ported my number to 2 degrees a month ago but this week have experienced issues making calls?
I keep getting "sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties please try again later"?
Is anyone else having these issues in Christchurch - the help desk is saying there are no outages at the moment

Please DM you number.

Try rebooting the phone, turning it off for 30 secs, remove the battery and when it's back on check network search is on 'Automatic'.
Have you tried your SIM in another phone?

The error message is usually sent as a text message when you try to access data or send a text.

Except that we turned that message off for text and data quite a while ago.

It gets worse!! A client has just told me they have been trying to get me but have been getting the same message! A friend suggested buying a $5 blank SIM and seeing if that will fix it?

2degrees "fixed" the problem I was having a while back three times before it was really fixed. Humans are failable, and computers can foul things up in creative ways. I'm just suggesting you keep an open mind about the problem and possible solutions. It could even be a PEBKAC class error...

Hi Thanks 2 degrees I contacted business help desk and they have logged errors now for me!
The SIM made no difference!

Heres hoping the issue is fixed quickly!

I recently started getting these messages too.

Seemed to have gone away now that I've turned the Network setting off Automatic and manually chosen 2degrees.
