When I log in to my account at orcon there is a message :

There is one or more current commitments on services for this account.

Can anyone tell me what this means?

Its only recently appeared and I thought it was something to do with payment due, but thats been paid and the message is still there.

Hmmm,

I sent an email asking questions about it yes...  have had no reply after 4 days...  from what I've seen here I'm having second thoughts about genius as there seems there's a few bugs to be ironed out first?

I know I should have called orcon but I cant stand their torturous hold music for even 5 mins...

I suspect you are correct but I would expect a reply to my email before they just transfer me over to the genius plan...

A commitment would be a contract on your account.

I also have the 'One or more current commitments' notice on my account too. I have just switched to Genius. But wouldn't it mean that the other 'commitment' should now have ended? Also just wondering about the bill I have that bills me for a month in advance for a service that was more expensive before the switch... when does the credit get applied to the account. Hmm....
