Hi
I can't for life of me get through to Orcon to ask a simple question.  Hoping someone here knows the answer...

I was on a bronze plan + add ons - gave me 105Gb month, due to renew 22nd Aug.

I switched to genius on the 8th Aug with a 80Gb cap.  My usage prior to that was over 80Gb.
My account says I'm on orcon genius data now, but am I getting charged for anything over 80Gb, even though I reached this prior to genius data?  The Orcon iPhone app gives the impression I'm still on 105Gb until 22nd.  But the usage meter stopped tracking me on the 8th and shows nothing after that date.

Anyone have any ideas?

Cheers
DJ.

Because Orcon are slack [removed] who decided to make it that changing your plan mid month did not change within a day or two (As it used to be and what was probally one of the main reasons customers appreciated their plans) and now instead it starts at the begining of the next month/cycle.

So either they are applying that or not or who knows mate.

Orcon have the tendency to be pretty bad when it comes to being a reliable ISP in 2011 now day and age.. Would appreciate if they rolled back the clock and were about "Quality of service" =(

Emp, if you dont have anything helpful to say, then dont say anything at all. You have made your views on Orcon very clear throughout another post or two. If you dont like Orcon anymore, then go find another ISP.

I've banned Emp because of the name calling. He was warned before and it seems it didn't work.
