Unable to connect to League of Legends, says "Server is busy" however my other mates not on Orcon are able to.

anyone else? I've reported fault on this to Orcon and on Geekzone, hope this get sorted out...

Hey guys here is a temporary solution for NZ Orconers.

Open Internet Explorer
Goto Tools>Internet Options
Then on the top Click the Connections tab then choose Lan Settings
Now Tick Choose a Proxy Server for your LAN
Address:115.124.117.90
Port:3128

Found on a separate thread, and can confirm it works via proxy.
