Hi, so as the name suggests i am in a bit of a pickle. I've called 2degrees nowabout 3times over the last 4 days and each time they have said oh no that's fine ill pass it onto my manager and it will be done in a few hours.
Its still not done and Im beginning to wonder what's going on here.

Can someone from 2degrees please have a look at this in their spare time, i have no internet access on my phone until the middle next month otherwise :/

Thoughts anyone?

Thanks for the PM. I've applied the 1GB pack for you. I think SaltyNZ mentioned this in another post but there is an update planned in early September to improve the way data pack renewal's work.
