I topped up my 2degrees account a couple of days ago and somehow the 100MB national pack I stopped months ago was automatically renewed and I was short of $10. I immediately stopped the auto renewal with a txt message and asked to have the data pack removed and the money refunded but as of today it still hasn't been sorted out. Am I eligible for a refund at all? I haven't used any data yet. (I have wifi available at the University)

Hi can you PM your 2? number and I'll get the pack removed and credit refunded. Please include your DOB and address for authentication.

I'm pretty sure the same thing happened to me. I had cancelled auto renew of my 100mb as I now use Mobile broadband packs but when I topped up, The national data was renewed and I now have no credit for calling.

I did similar, but I forgot to stop the 100mb data.  I only top up $20 a month and usually have the $19 combo. But the $10 for the 100mb didn't leave enough credit to get the combo.

I ended up getting the 2500 text pack and of course the 100mb which I didn't stop in the first place. But If I were to top up again this week with another $20, would I lose the 2500 texts and data which expire on the 28th of Sept or would the text pack and data accumulate so I have 5000 texts and 150MB of data, and then the previous texts and data expire the same date on the next month from the new top up.
Or would they still expire on the 28th of Sept and say I topped up on 1st Sept, would there be two expiry dates? Hope you get what I mean

It happened to me last week... I was in AKL and decided to topup $40 to buy a 3GB mobile broadband pack.

Went to the 2degrees website, and noticed there was a $6 pack in the account. So I clicked the button to unsubscribe, and went to the topup. I didn't notice that a SMS arrived with an error message saying it couldn't unsubscribe at that moment.

By then it was too late... It used some of the balance to apply the pack again, which means I didn't have enough for the 3GB pack, forcing me to then buy another $20 for that.

I have now unsubscribed from both...

I wish they had an extra option on the site to only BUY not SUBSCRIBE.

Guess I was lucky that it worked as expected when I went from the $20 to the $50 packs, agree that it is confusing.
