- Our PIN is not being accepted when checking voicemail. It did this at the outset and a factory reset fixed it but not at this time. We can get messages via email but cannot change our answerphone settings. Any ideas?
- A friend switched to Genius last week and she is still without phone. All looks great on the router and at Orcon's end but any calls in get the user is unavailable message (I knew that this would happen...). Several factory re-sets and several phones later still the same result. She's not happy at all.

Edit: We have an old phone plugged into the Genius, the wireless Genius Handset and a Panasonic paired via DECT to Genius. I can access voicemail with the PIN using the phone plugged directly into the Genius, but not the others. Could have relevance - at least I can delete the messages now :)
