I signed up to SNAP for phone and broadband services last Monday and paid the first month in advance incl. the new phone connection fee on Wed night. On Thursday I rang SNAP to inquire about the time frame of when the phone would be connected, they told me 24 hours. So I wait, and test the phone, not working. So end up ringing 'em up again and they tell me it won't be connected until Thursday 1st September. Why the long wait, is Chorus busy in Hastings ?

Hi

Sorry for the wait and reply. That was the fastest time Chorus was available in your area.

I see you're online now and hope everything is going smoothly. let me know if there's anything else we can do.

:)
Ralph
