Got Genius switched on yesterday lunchtime...but no luck with getting the phone/net going.

Stumped the CSR....I have sync and PPP auth....but can't get past the gateway...must be a backend/prov setup issue eh?

I've been escalated to the "assurance engineers"....not really sure what means..but apparently no one has looked into it yet..

Ok and I can ping my wan ip fine...weird..just nothing outbound (including voip)

Whoops I was pinging the gateway, not my WAN ip, so it's def not online

FIXED! :-)

Not entirly sure what happened, but someone else had the same IP address as you, but the accounting system said the other user had another IP.

But either way, can see you are online and I have rebooted your modem to get SIP to register.

So you should be good to go!


I will update and close your ticket if thats ok? You can reopen if need be.
