adw: Hi, thanks for replying. Yes that sounds exactly like the problem and is very frustrating. Clients can get to other websites e.g. Stuff, Google, BBC so their connection is okay. Do you know which server this site is on please and what ISP your user is using? It is annoying when an urgent call isn't treated as urgent by Orcon. Thanks.
Zeon: How many sites are you hosting? May be worth looking at getting a VPS/Dedicated Server where you have better control over shared hosting which as you can see is a bit hit and miss
